Lightroom preset stuck

Hi,

I am having problems with the Lightroom preset. It gets stuck, and never ends, when I aply the pixify data.

I just purchase a 1000 credits and I’ve already spend around 30 with this error.

I’ve also updated pixify, maybe this is the problem??

Can you help me¿

    Hi there Jodi,

    Sorry to hear the Lightroom plugin gets stuck. Are on Windows or MacOS?

    How many images are you selecting and is it getting stuck on all or just a couple?

    I’ve gone ahead and refunded the credits.
