UPDATE: Things are stable again. The reason for the downtime was a massive backlog of files that where all queued to be deleted. A minor mistake on our end prevented any new uploads to be processed before all the files were deleted.
This was a once-off event of the initial clean up of more than 25.000 folders full of files.
We deployed 8x more servers to handle this load as quickly as possible.
In the future the order of deleted and created files will be balanced to avoid this bottleneck.
We’re sorry about the inconvenience and all credits spent in this period will be refunded within the next few day.
Comment any questions below.
All the best,
Stefan

Hi! Our servers where overwhelmed by the initial cleanup job - we’re looking into why they’re not stabilized yet.
